INTERNSHIP DETAILS

- Location: Cluj-Napoca
- Format: Hybrid (work from home and from the office)
- Internship start date: July 24th, 2023
- Internship end date: September 30th, 2023
- Work schedule: full-time (8 hrs/ day), Monday to Friday
WHAT TO EXPECT
-
- Collaborate closely with senior members of the product design team, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to create and design innovative, user-centered product solutions
- Learn and apply design research methods to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points, and translate insights into actionable design recommendations
- Help create and maintain design documentation, such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
- Assist with user testing and usability studies to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement
- Work with stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals, brand guidelines, and technical feasibility
- Contribute to the development process by partnering with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are effectively implemented and delivered on time
- Build your design skills and knowledge through mentorship, training, and hands-on experience with real-life projects

SELECTION PROCESS AND TIMELINES

- Step 1: submit your application by May 26, 2023;
- Step 2: online technical test – on May 29 if selected, you will receive a technical test on the email address you provided in your CV. You will have until May 31, end of day, to fill out and submit the test. Make sure you check your inbox!
- Step 3: online interview with our technical team.
- Step 4: feedback on your application – regardless of the test/ interview outcome, you will hear back from our recruiting team.
