For one of our clients, a leading worldwide express deliveries, warehousing solutions and logistic services company, we are currently looking for an Import Desk Agent in Bucharest.
The Import Desk Agent will be responsible for initiating the customs clearance paperwork.
Requirements:
• Customer and solution oriented
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong planning and organizing skills
• Good PC knowledge. Responsibilities:
• Notifying customers for the beginning of customs clearance process
• Offering assistance on any related customs clearance paperwork questions or requests
• Ensuring follow-up of outstanding held for payment shipments
• Updating of the database with any relevant information
• Assisting in daily administrative, operational functions of the department
