Identifying shipments and paperwork acceptable for export;
Completing customs declarations and related paperwork accurately and in the time frame established by the procedures used;
Handling export queries from clients, daily paperwork checking and preparation;
Presenting and retrieving of customs declarations from other customs points;
Checking database, filling in the customs journal;
Contact shippers and stations in deadline with reason for delays in shipment;
Finalizing daily paperwork, reports and inventories.

Strong planning and organizing skills;
Good PC knowledge.
