The Business Application Analyst is responsible to support the development, maintenance and best practice use of tools used by the Presales Customer Solutions team (C2Q, Unite, ePPM, Service Box, Rocket / Orion, IPVPN quoting tool, associated PCS SharePoint sites). There will be some support required involving the ability to carry out basic development or change activities in the associated toolsets. The role will also require analysis of business processes to provide input and support continuous improvement, standardisation and automation activities. There will also be involvement in the introduction of any new tools, workflow, system or process capabilities, which could include training, communication and user hyper-care support. This is required for the effective delivery of services delivery within PCS. Another main responsibility of the role will be to manage and maintain the digital catalogue of professional services, the components, attributes, output documentation and methodology that form the toolkit for the presales design and assurance methodology.
The role works closely with the business teams and the IT Department to find the best way to design and support automation workflows, tools and processes requirements for Presales Customer Solutions organisation. Constant collaboration is required with the operational teams, both within the Presales Customer Solutions organisation, and functions outside of it, to understand user and tool performance feedback. This is with the aim of capturing new requirements, analysing them and providing a prioritised roadmap based on delivering best business benefit. The role will need to analyse with the relevant stakeholders all the tools queries received in the specific tools mailboxes or tracking systems and propose suitable solutions.
